Erica was very nice and did a good job in explaining the discrepancy of me being told on the phone that this major service relaced ALL fluids and filters. When in fact, it does not. I felt that she was trying too hard; too many handshakes and too many times calling me "Mrs." Pat was offensive. She is bright and competent, but just needs to be a little more subdued.

Matthew was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He let me know about an ECM software update that my car needed and also let me know about the 15K service checkup so I could get it all taken care of in a single visit. The time estimate he gave me was spot-on and the car wash was greatly appreciated.
