My experience at Hardin Hyundai service (2x now) has been excellent. I like the online appt system. The service providers are very courteous and polite and try their best to keep me updated. I usually avoid the dealership (esp after my previous experience with BMW), but my experience here has been very positive.

Felt like all they wanted was a sale for service i went in to take care of an issue and left with nothing fixed and a estimate for 500 plus dollars wen the issue i was concerned about had the same exact issue even before the ECM was updated the same issue persists completely unhappy with the service and quit frankly the vehicle aswell this vehicle has been an issue since i got it!

Erica estimated the work would take probably 2 weeks. She shocked me with a phone call that the engine replacement was done in one week. I actually got a chance to meet the technician who did the work. So far very satisfied.

My back up camera was replaced-and yet it still does the same as the old one?? The camera works but no sound or beep alarms when I get close to potentially hitting something! :(
