I feel that Mario wasn't honest & didn't explain ti me about theme fuek cleaner but cakkwd to to tell me I had oil leaking on top of my engine & needed to replace my gaskets which would cost additional 200, I told him then di not do the 60,000 maintenance service rhen but he insisted that I needed it done even after I told him I plan on getting anither vehicke later this year he never mentioned that any codes were showing up during the phone call. Days after my check engine came on I took my car back he,said they will try & keep the cost down I was upset tgat I would even be charged fir this since this was not the issue when I took my car in. Days after I took my car in at 7:48 am & Matt helped me, I had to leave my car there to be inspected & had nit received a call to telk me what the problem was so I had to called in around 2pm & kept getting vn si I called someone in the dealer ti go ask the service dept. To call me back. Matt told me the issue apologized for not calling that thet were busy but they were not going to charge that the tech admitted to spilling the fuel cleaner when putting it in my gas tank & that they ckeaned it uo & replaced the purge valve, he akso told me that Mario said don't charge her that much & Mart told me he wasn't going to charge for this service whether it was their fault or mine he was not putting the blame on anyone but the problem was fixed. I'm very upset with Mario I think hevtajes advantage of your customers & sgould nit be working there.

I'm quite disappointed that the outside temperature indicator is all my problem. It was delivered with that problem.
