Made me feel like I was lying about what was going on with my car, did not trust what I said wasn't working. I had to insist on him checking it and making sure it was okay and he said he couldn't and he would do his best. After one part of my car was fixed, I went to pick it up, only to find out the part I was talking about my car was still not working!!!! He said I have to bring it back again to get it fixed now. What a waste of time!!! Horrible understanding and customer service.
Erica was great she took care of my problem. However your manager tried charging me 58 for a problem I should not have paid for. I was clearly under warranty so my feelings were that I shouldn't of had to be even questioned about paying for the electrical issue.
Service Department at Hardin Hyundai is very professional and friendl. Just leased another Hyundai largely due to how they have treated us.
Every time I come into Hardin Hyundai, I am greeted by Matthew with a smile and reassurance that the process will be seamless. He is a valued asset to the Hardin family. And the sole reason I have continued my service updates with the dealership. I never feel as though I am being taken advantage of or that I am being rushed. Bravo!!!!

I think my sevice tech did a great job. Still think that not having loaners for Genisis owners is questionable. If you want to compete with Acura, Lexus, BMW and the like you need to provide the same customer experience
Felt like the service desk had self driven motivations rather then customer driven. Rental car was provided, however the rental car company that was used had issues themselves as well. Felt rushed and little care for customers involved. Interaction with Hyundai beyond the dealership is far better.

Had good experience with Richard Velasquez no problem service my car very well and they did not put a sticker on the windshield for the oil change that's it other than that everything's fine

Kyle kept saying my car would be ready in 15 minutes. He said that for an hour. Also I don't understand why I have to pay to get the extra carbon out of the system. It does not seem like that should have happened in a car with less than 30,000 miles. My car is under warranty and Hyandai should have fixed that. Lynn C
Erica is a 10 excellent customer service she helped resolve issues which were not even related to her responsibilities ! Your roadside assistance is beyond horrible. Friday I was stuck on the side of the road with a rod puncturing both sides of my tire under a sign that said no parking and I was left there from your roadside assistance from 1215 until never responded I finally called the local dealership where Erica and her team work
