It took one week to put stock tires on my car. One week! On top of that, I was the one who kept calling Hardin Hyundai Service department to get updates on when my car would be done. It wasn't until I started taking down names and telling Kyle I would hold him to his promise of calling me back did I ever hear anything. My family has bought 5 cars from Hardin Hyundai in the past 2.5 years, myself accounting for 3 of those five. Due to the actions of your incompetent service department, you have turned a lifetime customer and advocate for Hardin into someone who will vehemently stear every family member, friend and colleague I know away from Hardin. Good riddance!

I made 3 phone calls to service One on hold for over two minutes. Found out Monday's busiest day. Ok Another call please hold, set up appointment for service; call ended and I was never asked my name so wasn't sure if the appt was registered. Called back and yes, it was recorded likely from my name revealed when calling. I thanked Richard for the confirmation. One quick statement to me the caller 'your appt is confirmed at 1 today' would have saved me another call. As for Lionel, he was very professional as was Richard. BTW I have enjoyed my 2013 Santa Fe Sport!!! J Gardner
