After a 15 point inspection and oil change, my car was returned with the malfunction light still on. My husband drove from Monrovia to keep you servicing my car. Now I have to drive back to Anaheim to have you fix the malfunction light. He even bought the new gas cap but unfortunately neither my husband or your service tech noticed that the malfunction was still on when service was completed. I called back and asked for a free oil change the next time. It was promised to me. I still need to go back next week to have you get the malfunction light off (due to broken gas cap - which was purchased from you on the day of service). I purchased my vehicle from you and have had all my service with you. I haven't had any problems until now. Please fix the malfunction light and actually check the dashboard warning lights when you do your 15 point inspection. My husband is not a mechanic so I relied on you. Disappointed.

He did a great job of contacting insurance on my replacement tire and keeping me apprised of the situation. Rene Ortega was there, and as usual, made sure I was provided Hardin star service...that's why I buy cars from him.

Kyle did a great job and I was able to leave with my car unstressed . From my past experience I was already expecting something to go wrong but no the total opposite happened. He thoroughly showed me what was going on so I can get a better understanding, which I think is how it should be done. This way no one goes home in a doubt about something.
