I had and appointment for 7:45 and was told since it was a recall issue that it would only take 15 minutes. When I checked in around 7:35 i was told it would be about and hour because there is only one mechanic this early and there are two cars ahead of you. Why even bother giving appointments if you do not have the manpower to get things done in a timely manner. Also do not give out information to just make and appointment because your recall problem will only take 15 minutes. Either hire more people or have everyone start at 7 instead of 8. One mechanic between 7 and 8 is ridiculous since most people have to get to work that early.

I will never buy another Hyundai again. I am very upset that when I brought my car in at 98k miles I was never told about a warranty but when I brought my car in at 115k miles I was told that there was a new warranty instated but I wasn't covered because of my high miles. What's the point of having added warranties if you don't Mail me any information about these new policie. I am very disappointed and will be bringing my business else where.

There were some issues regarding the availability of tires I selected. I came to your dealership on 3 consecutive Saturdays only to find out that the tires had not been ordered.
