Poor communication, I was told my car was serviced and ready for pick up. I will need to be reimbursed for my uber fair. My car was not serviced and the work was not complete.

I took my car in at noon and it took 4 hours to put a new battery in. And customer service is not good. Put me on hold for 15 minutes when I was wanting to find out about my car and when it would be finished.
