I think the estimates are too high and rip of your customers. I had what was called an "intermediate service" inspection when my car was still brand new and it cost me 100. I paid 400 for a 15k multi point inspection, originally estimated at 200 and I was charged an additional 200 for someone to clean my fuel system and replace an air filter. After I left the dealership three of my engine lights stayed lit after starting my car again. I attempted to contact mario to talk to him about my concerns and the calls were disconnected. I feel like Hardin Hyundai service is about making money and not looking out for the client.

When I first called and I asked how long it would take, I was told that more likely it would be a quick inspection only, but when I got there, I was told that, it would be the repair that would take about an hour. I asked to come and find me at the waiting room or call me on my cell. Instead I was sent a text that I didn't hear. When I finally realized I had been sent a text saying that the car was ready and I went to the front I learned that only an inspection had been performed. So I would ask to please, next time don't make me waist time with misinformation. And please don't send me a text. Call me. I was using me cellphone and never saw it come in. Thanks for this opportunity to vent.

Mario was fantastic! I am having trouble with my car starting and he immediately knows what is wrong. Within an hour my car is fixed and I am on my way out of town for vacation. I did not even have an appointment! Fantastic Service!

Yes, Leonel Did a good job! on my 2014 Hyundai Sonata, and he was informative about when the Vehicle would be done also notified if the repairs were covered under the Hyundai warranty. Thanks Great job
