I called in advance and spoke with joe, used car manager, to tell him the car I bought , had a low tire on test drive and has needed 10 lbs of air for four days in a row, he told me to take to service. it took two hour for service to get an approval to do work, total visit was 3.5 hours. my time is important too. the reason I communicated ahead was to help things along, but no one passed on that I was coming in:(

Kyle was a nice guy but the time my car was in the shop without a call to update me was unacceptable. I dropped off my car on Saturday and had to call every single day for a status update. There were multiple times I was told I would receive a call back and never did. I wasn't offered a rental or loaner car until Wednesday evening. This was a huge inconvenience for my family as my wife had to take me to work and pick me up every day. This isn't the first issue I've had with your service department and as such I will have to take my vehicle elsewhere in the future. My sister in law has also had bad experiences with service at Hardin.
