I was told it would take an hour when it was really 1.5 hrs waiting
In Covid.... as when the guy got out of my car to give it back to me I fully expected him to have some sanitizer wipes to wipe down my steering wheel etc. but not at all. Given the covid numbers in Marin, that’s the least you can do.

Car didn’t need the service I PAID for. The issue I came in for, was not fixed, and car was not washed upon pickup (I have 2 details left). I’m sorry, but I know things are different now, but for having my car 4 days, you’d think they would take care of ME.
