Very professional. We are seniors and very much at risk to Covid. Mr Drew was very caring, helpful and resourceful in thinking through ways for us to safely & easily bring the car in from Lafayette. Ultimately I decided to stay and wait for the extensive service. Mr Drew fast tracked our service and was able to return the car in a shorter time. A pleasure to work with someone who knows cars but also cares about people.
Job well done. Disappointing that this component,which cost about $2500, failed very shortly after my warranty expired.
