The extra key I ordered was suppose to be there on Wednesday when I dropped the car off but it did not come till Friday. The tire that was replaced was not filled up enough and I got a low tire pressure warning on the way home from the service. When I spend $2K+ on a service for my car I expect much better. Angelo was good though. Kept me updated the whole time which was good.

The service was awesome as always however some technology did not work. I could not receive or pay bill online and Lyft took more than hour. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my MBZ service but I still prefer the ”old ways” with personal service - Anthony provided that.

My care was washed and polished although the wheel wells were dirty and my Front license plat wasn’t cleaned it has bugs.

The drop off and pick up procedures are far too long. I've been to lots of other Mercedes dealers and they are much more streamlined. It takes way too much time just to drop off a car for service. I can't even imagine how long it would take to get a loaner.

I didn’t feel the social distancing and bio security protocols were that great. Better to give the option of taking care of everything outside. Car wash wasn’t great
