Steven did a fine job. I have one suggestion regarding the pick-up process at your dealership.
In the many times I have used your service, I have had a service advisor meet with me when I pick up the car - just the cashier. The overall experience would be greatly improved, if someone “Technical” would run the Customer through what work was performing and answer questions if needed. Most MB customers are into cars and would appreciate it.

Traci is great! She called me as soon as the car was completed and she is very personable and friendly.
The one thing that was not satisfactory was being told that my car would be ready in about 10 more minutes, but had to wait another 30 minutes before it was actually brought to me. I also received a text thanking me for bringing my car in, even though I was still waiting. This was a bit disappointing to be honest.

He’s absolutely lovely. He is competent, has excellent follow up and a sense of urgency. When he got to me I was absolutely fuming because the two gentlemen receiving me when I drove up doubted I had a leak when I said I had a leak (and even brought proof from my garage floor in a plastic syringe to prove it!). Promote this guy. He is legit.
