Tracy was very nice and professional. You just don’t understand why I had to pay $225 to reset my car computer from the AdBlue countdown. I had already filled the AdBlue it feels like Mercedes held my car hostage. Makes me rethink buying another one

The valet service is excellent, especially now with the coronavirus. With the valet, there are few reasons to delay car maintenance. Jorge that provided the service was very polite and easy to work with and Traci always take care of my car needs and is thorough.
