Traci has and continues to be the best service advisor I have ever had from any car brand, including Audi and BMW. She goes above and beyond to take care of my needs and keep my car in perfect working order. Traci cares about her work and is passionate. I feel so lucky she was assigned to be my service advisor versus someone else at the dealership. She's the best.
