Eliseo was great. He discovered an issue with another shop’s service that had been completed. Eliseo ended up saving us money and future damage to the vehicle because of his persistency and due diligence. He definitely worked in our favor and exemplified excellent customer service. If we ever move to the San Rafael area I will definitely use them again!

PLEASE tell your associates to disclose the full costs of the repairs. I was not given the complete story before my car was fixed. The work needed to be done and I’m fine paying the costs but surprises are not enjoyable.
