Steven was exceptional and kept his word. He fixed my window that was promised several times by others to be fixed as it was a problem when I purchased the car. I had it tested by the dealership and they said they would fix the window. I took the time and drove an hour to the dealership for repair only to be denied. This went on for almost two years and Mercedes received a bad review from me. Because of Steven Drew, you will now get a good review.
