Tracy went above and beyond for me when I arrived 20 minutes after closing. She had sent me a Text message telling me the new Covid hours but I didn’t receive it until I arrived at the dealership. She was still there and working with another customer. After she finished with them, I explained that I didn’t get her message until I arrived. She spent 20 minutes locating and retrieving my car herself. This saved me an hour and a half by not having to return to the dealership the next day. I am very grateful. This was after I had arrived early for my appointment and delayed her going to lunch (AAA arrived early to jump my dead battery and I had to go to the dealership before I turned the car off).

I wish someone had told me to just go strait to the billing desk when I got there. I waited around for my advisor to come out and he never did so I figured it out on my own. I even asked the first guy who came to talk to me about the vehicle but he did not tell me to do that.
Exceptional service . But disappointed no fresh bets available in the lounge.
Not even bottled water? Just give guests tokens to use to get beverages and snacks out of a machine if worried about Covid..
