Eliseo is a consummate professional. I don’t know if I would own a Mercedes if it weren’t for the service that is provided by Eliseo and the service team. He knows his clients and treats everyone with respect. He has a wonderful sense of humor. My thanks for a great experience today and every time I bring my car in for service.

Having to pay for a service for an issue we have had with the car sine we bought it from mb of Marin is not great. Idon’t think we should have to pay for the electrical testing and a battery that has issues on a cpo vehicle when there have been electrical issues documented from day 1.
