Brittany was fantastic for the beginning: she was thorough, she asked the right questions and made me feel heard with my concerns. I have been to several other Mercedes Benz dealerships around the Bay Area (Stevens Creek, Walnut Creek, San Jose) and have not had the excellent experience as I did with Brittany.
