Thank you! A couple of things I noticed on my way home: The left fog lamp light is still on. Did you get a chance to fix that as we discussed? Also the clock is off time and the service mile has not been reset

I sat in my car for 30 minutes waiting for my service advisor to appear after being checked in. Never did see him until I was able get the attention of someone else, whom I believe may have been a manager, name, unfortunately I do not have, but he got things moving.

Loner car was very dirty in the inside & had a chewing tabacco can & spit cup in it when we picked it up. I called to ask for a replacement car and never received a return phone call.
When I picked up my car & merged onto the highway to head home, a warning light came on—the hood was open! You guys left the hood open & didn’t close it before returning my car to me. Crazy. I pulled over in Corte Madera at a bus stop and closed the hood. No real danger but, come on, guys...
