I was very pleased w:the service I recd yesterday from the receptionist to the service adviser to the technicians. The ac software upgrade was done quickly & efficiently. A big thank u also to the service manager who made it all happen!

Taylor & Dominic were both stellar! However, the people who service the cars need more training & supervision. This is the fourth time I've brought my car in since Penske and every time I had to wait from 30 to 90 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready. 3 of the 4 times the promised services were incomplete.

The Manager of the Service Department put me on the restricted list with the Loaner Vehicle highly inconveniencing my business days for several next days
My car had a substantial coolant leak and By driving it I was potentially looking into more severe issues
I believe that Mercedes highest customer satisfaction in service does not reflect and honor such decision
Considering also the fact that. my all three Mercedes are and have been Serviced in This facility for many years and money spent on the service have been substantial
Letting me know in the morning of the day of Service that my account has restriction on loaner vehicle I consider highly unprofessional and not expected to match Customer Satisfaction policy of Mercedes Benz USA
As well as personal offense
I will be inquiring about this complaint of unpleasant episode to the higher level
