I found 3 local shops to do the same work with genuine parts for exactly half the price! So now I am bringing the card to your competitor next week. I just wish your service rates were a little bit more fair and competitive. How can it be that you charge double what smaller shops charge? Makes it hard to do business with you guys. Big fan of the dealership but just can't justify the cost of repairs.

Mary is a treasure for Mercedes of Marin. She just takes care of it - no mater what it is. A ride home. A quick turnaround. I really like that she remembers the names of my kids and ask how they are.

Between drop-off and pick-up I waited a total of 50 minutes to be helped, and still was never seen by Mary. I know everyone's time is valuable, but wanted to relay as I'm sure this is not something typical of this dealership.
