Stellar experience on the whole. Only minor mishap was that my shuttle back to the dealership never arrived, so I took a Lyft. But I greatly appreciate the fast service and excellent communication all day from the advisor. Had a bad experience at the last dealership where we went for service; this could not have been more different. Thanks! :-)

I stay with RAB/Penske because of Mark Greenblat and before Mark, Rich Odetto. Mark is a gentleman of the highest integrity. When Mark suggests something, I can rely totally on his expertise and wise guidance. Mark always is attentive and I never feel talked down to-for a woman and her precious car, that is very important. Mark is always so congenial and approachable and I cannot say enough about him and you are very blessed to have a standout representative of your company. And I want to acknowledge your front office and in particular Debbie. She is the most courteous lady and works me in even in the most busiest times. She is another great asset! So if my review seems over-the-top, just remember: I can take my little Sunshine anywhere, but we will always stay with RAB/Penske, Mark and Debbue!

I don't think I've ever worked with a nicer customer service advisor when having service done on any car of mine, than Tony! My 13 year old son even commented on how nice he was. Helps make up my mind that next year when it's time for a new Mercedes I will continue doing business with your dealership. Actually everyone who works there has been great. Thank you!
