Angelo is the best Service representative I have ever met. He remembers your voice over the phone, and or when you meet with him in person ... what a great employee... Mercedes Benz of Marin should be proud of an employee like him. He deserves a raise!!! I would make sure to keep him on the Penske Team- just what you want in an employee, especially when dealing with Marin County Customers ... not the easiest task, but he's great at it/ satisfying that special clientele. Prompt repair. Always kept informed
The cover over the center console area was sticking so I asked for someone to take a look. No one called in the interim and it showed up on my bill as 199 charge. Would have been nice to know. Also I had to call a couple times to find out when my car was goi g to be ready. The gal said Taylor tried to call but I never got a message. Finally, I asked for information about having wifi installed in my car and didn't get any information. Maybe because Taylor was gone when I got there. Otherwise the car is very clean and I enjoyed the loaner.
