Eliseo is the best and kindest service manager and represents your company in a classy and professional style. Keep him, I will go wherever he goes!! Now can you please have a live person answer the main phone?? We are spendingbig bucks for our cars and Penske cannot afford a salary for a Phone person?? Ridiculous! MARGRITHA F
