Damn you for giving me a convertible coupe loaner not sure Ill be able to prevent my 15 year old daughter and wife from demanding our next car from being a convertable

Was told Mercedes of Marin could not do smog testing required by state. Made apt. A week or more ago. Should have been informed that this was the case before bringing it into service Dept. Now I have to organize a whole new day around getting this done. Service advisors need to review what customer is requesting prior to date of service appointment.

I've got a very difficult to find "crackling" noise and they are trying VERY hard to find it and fix it. It's a challenge. Frustrating for me AND equally frustrating for the "team" at Mercedes.
