I don't know what was going on. But when I pulled up there was only one advisor signing in customers. I had to wait about 20 minutes to be processed which is not what I would have expected for Mercedes-Benz. This is in contrast to BMW, where are the advisor met me immediately and had me in and out within about 10 minutes.
