Angelo was wonderful. He was courteous and listened attentively and answered all my questions thoughtfully. He informed me about issues with my service so that I could make clear decisions. And when I changed with short notice the pick-up plan, my car was ready and parked in front with no waiting time. He is an extremely competent service representative.

Eliseo was great. Really appreciated his help and advice. He was thorough and did a great job. The only trying I would change about the process (in general - not Eliseo) is having a mobile checkout (e.g. Sign outside and grab your car). It should be super simple.

After I arrived to pick up my car, it took 30 minutes for the car to be brought to me. I’m not sure why this occurred, but it seems like a long time. Additionally, the car was not washed. Is this service no longer complimentary?

No one explained what work was done on the car. I received a text stating it was fixed and when I picked up the car at 6pm, no one was available to explain what was done.
