Marc Freschet was very professional, top of that he was very kind to me and he promised call and he did. Last Friday I was waiting outside about 35min to 40min no one was coming to assisted me until Marc came to help me, I was appreciated his kindness and service. Marry Dullea is great. But unfortunately we will be leaving this dealership with the same problem we have been having for the last 6 months. They are not able to find the sound in the car that is happening. Very loud squeaking sound. We have taken this car multiple times to the Mercedes mechanic and it seems like they have given up on helping us find out the noise. Very disappointing. If this was a 3000 dollar making that noise, I would mind but this is a new car that is expensive. I may a lot of money to enjoying driving my car. And now I am not able to enjoy the car the same. Disappointed.

When I made the reservation I was told it would be an “express service” that would take an hour while I waited. It was two hours until my car was returned to the front area. Then I waited and waited. I asked the front desk and they said I had to keep waiting. Finally I was able to get my key after two and a half hours.
