Our usual service rep is on leave. Roadside service had to come to our home b/c the battery was dead. He started the car and b/c he did not have the proper battery we drove to RAB.
It took over 30 minute to finally see the rep and finalize the installation of a new battery. It would seem that another rep could have taken care of the situation in a more reasonable time.

I brought in my E350 to have the Resol put on the outside and interior. During the washing of my car, they damaged my bumper. You were nice enough to replace the bumper with a new bumper but took 2 weeks.
Thank you for replacing the bumper, but not happy my car was damaged. Tony provided good support and keeping me updated on this situation.

In reading my receipt when I got home I noticed that I was charged $15.23 for oil filter element and 11.55 for washer fluid. This was a $200 annual service-, little things like that should be included! What does $200 cover? Feels very nickel and dime and makes me want to go elsewhere for service.
