Are you kidding me? The car has been in the shop three times and they keep telling me that there’s nothing wrong. (But billing me major $ for minor items.) Now, they say that it’s a fuel pump that they charge me over $1k to replace saying it’s all better. But then I’m told that it broke down leaving the shop! I wonder whether the fuel pump was the problem at all and whether they have fixed the actual problem. Incidentally, making me do this on my phone is especially stupid.

Steven was helpful and easy to work with. Some issues turned out to be non-issues. Steven had the technician show me how certain things are supposed to work. The C class loaner car was small. I understand it’s based on availability. Your service dept knows which customers are going to come in each day and need loaner cars. You could do a better job by reserving a larger vehicle for customers who drop off a larger vehicle. If I currently drive an E class, you want my next car be an E class or higher. Giving me a C class loaner car doesn’t help me decide what my next car is going to be. Everyone at the dealership is very nice and treats customers with a lot of respect.
