I have been going to RAB for almost 15 years now. I am on my third Mercedes. The service from Eliseo is the reason why I come back. I had to get service in San Diego and SF this past year and it made me miss RAB and Eliseo even more. He thoroughly explains all the services and what I need to prioritize, if I have to. He is trustworthy and I trust him. I am so happy he is my service advisor and I can tell his other clients feel the same way too. He is awesome.
