He needs to learn to communicate. I had to call 2 times to see what the prognosis was over 2 days. The updates should have been passed on from the service department to me. My time is valuable too.

I could not ask for a better MBZ Service Manager then Steven Drew. He understands what good customer service and care truly means. Steven takes a practical and pragmatic approach in explaining any issues pertaining to your car. The best compliment I can pay this MBZ employee, he is honest and trustworthy. The issue was related to scheduling and accurate communication about service time. i arrived Monday morning at about 9am, thinking i would be there 90 minutes, what i was told when i scheduled the appt. instead my car was completed around 5:15. i did get 2 tires in addition to my scheduled appt B service but poor/mis-communication caused me to miss an early evening meeting. my service consultant was very polite and apologetic, and i mean no disrespect to him, however, i was not satisfied.

Knowing Tony is managing my vehicle while it is being serviced makes a huge difference. I feel more confident with him, in particular. He is completely professional, yet at the same time he feels like a friend or family member. I feel like he has my best interest at heart when navigating all that goes into taking care of my vehicle and it’s repairs. He makes me feel like a priority and is always thorough in explaining how they are taking care of things and what that means for my future services and timeline. He’s the best. He’s great at what he does and a pleasure to work with!

Mr Danai and the rest of the Service Department were fantastic; I came in on a Saturday because I was concerned about an unusual knocking sound in my engine, looking for advice regarding its source and severity, as it was becoming progressively worse. Mr Danai brought in a service technician to check things out, and he quickly discovered a loose spark plug (one of 12) visibly vibrating and releasing emissions as the engine idled. Your team quickly wrote up a service order, moved the car into the bay, and adjusted the plug(s) and coils as I waited. I couldn’t be more pleased with your Marin team, and it is one more reminder why my car has only been serviced throughout its life by MB of Marin (formerly RAB). Thanks again, Bill Robberson

Disappointed that it took two trips to complete the service when appointments for the initial service was booked at least one week in advance. Not happy that we were responsible for cracked windshield that was caused by windshield wiper. Don’t feel like we were given fair and reasonable consideration.
