I took my car in for a service. When I received my car the threading on my passenger seat car was undone, the threading was not like this when I left the car. This was very disappointing. When speaking with the service manager he was not very helpful either only saying that the car was old and that is why the threading was undone. The threading was in great condition when I left the car. We have been customers with Mercedes for many years and have never had such a terrible experience.

Steven was polite, personable and professional. He explained everything to me and provided me with the paperwork with the explanation as well. This was my first visit to Mercedes-Benz of Marin. I look forward to working with Steven in the future. I also couldn’t believe how busy your service department was and planned to sit and wait for my service. I will definitely make other arrangements in the future and Steven explained the shuttle and courtesy car options.
The arrival and checkout staff were also very nice and friendly. Oh and I would love to know the outcome of the House Fire that happened up on the hill.
