Mary, my service rep. was very efficient and professional keeping me
updated. My car was clean and in perfect running order when I picked it up.

Mary does a great job. She’s always very very thorough. Always asks if there’s anything else that needs to be taken care of. Has everything done in a timely manner and has my car ready for me when I show up. It will be a sad day when she is no longer at Mercedes Marin

He was great, I came to service without appointment and it was close to 6 pm.

Who is Bryan Hedgewood? I worked with Chris who came from the dealership to put on the spare tire and then Austin At the dealership. I bought two tires. Both of them were outstanding and professional. I appreciated their attention and efficiency. What I do regret is ever buying Mbrace - that part of my experience was unprofessional, disjointed and truly a waste of my time and money. You really need to look into the call center. Luckily I got my flat tire near the dealership. This is where I also bought this car and have great trust for the team and their ability to take care of the car and to make me feel well served.So one out of 10 - 10+ For the dealership. 0 for the corporate warranty people

Eliseo is very professional and courteous in what he does, he is very thorough in explaining what service is required. The unique thing about Eliseo too is that he advices me on what service is needed for the next visit. I already referred my brothers to him over the years.
