Angelo was proficient, professional, attentive, compliant and knowledgeable. That day he appeared to be a “resource hub” for a collection of others working that Saturday. It was marvelous to have a Saturday appointment and competent individual taking care of the many facets of the operation.
The work we requested was not able to be completed. The material was not ordered ahead of time and when it did arrive be it was damaged.
This was in no way Angelo’s fault. The original appointment was not set up correctly
He did a great job and set everything thing up so it happens according to plan next week and was a pleasure to work with

I will appreciate if you can give me an answer to this general question. My car had a full tank of gas before it was towed to San Rafael from Hiway 37 near Lakeville. When I picked up my car I noticed that I had a little under 1/2 tank gas left. I understand that the car had to be test driven but didn’t realize that it would used up this much gas. Thank you.
Tom was terrific, his knowledge of Mercedes Benz was better than anyone I’ve ever had (and I’ve owned a few Mercedes Benz’s over the years). I will definitely try and request him next time I’m in need of service. Thanks again!!
