Angelo is very helpful and professional. He made my drop off experience easy. I am pleased with the excellent service he provided.

Steven was great. Clearly explained unscheduled maintenance and costs. Even found me a discount. The only mild issue I had was when I called to leave a message, I heard a Generic Shoretel message rather than Steven’s voice message or something that indicated I called Mercedes of Marin’s line. So I actually hung up and called back again to make sure and even then I wasn’t positive until Steven called me back. It would be nice to know the first time around.

Poor communication with all staff except with Dan and the young gentlemen that greeted me. I was originally assigned with Angelo Gomez, and he never spoke with me. Alex the office girl told me the day prior that I would be able to come an hour after my schedule appointment and Angelo would still be able to assist me. When I arrive he did not acknowledge me and looked annoyed with me. I was waiting for about 30 minuets until I get as told be the young gentlemen that I was handed over to Steven. He was short with me and did not listen to what I had to say. This was my first visit in years, since owning a Mercedes. I was a very frustrating experience and disappointing. I never was told when my car would be done nor did I get call from anyone. I ended up calling an hour the service shop closed and left a message and got a call back 30 minuets later. They did not consider my drive time back and had to quickly drop everything I was doing to get there before they closed. Had I known that I actually it was okay to come late, I would have shown up on my assigned schedule and avoided the chaos.

Fast and excellent service. Steven was friendly and helpful.

Very profesional personnel. They provided me with a brand new loaner car while my car was in service and they even washed my car when they gave it back to me. I could had asked for anything else. Excellent service.
