Steven was fine. I waited over 45 minutes to pick up my car. All the items in my trunk were a mess. It looked like the a bomb went off in the bacon the car.Very unsatisfactory. We dropped off the car last Friday.We were told they could not look at the car for four days!!! Then we had to wait for a rental car. I did not purchase a MB so I could drive a Nissan when it needed repair.
