As always Mark did an excellent job.
Well no big deal but all my phone numbers were wipe away, but I was able to transfer them back from my cell phone. I guess this happened when latest version of software was installed. Also I lost my Sirius subscription which was given to me when I leased my car. But other than that my experience Eliseo’ and alex were very good. I think your service set up is excellent. Tony Danai made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of by providing me with a loaner and constant update about the status of the extended time my vehicle was in the shop.
Tony’s excellent customer service is the reason I have decided to stay with Mercedes for now as I am not happy the water pump broke down on a new vehicle with only 60,000 miles. This has never happened on any other brand of vehicle I have owned in past.

From the moment I arrived at Mercedes with my broken car and a tow truck Angelo set my mind at ease. He arranged a rental car. Promised a phone call on a Tuesday and that’s exactly what he did. Promised to call me with an update the next day, and again followed thru. I really appreciated his service.

Eliseo was very helpful in assisting me with the damage to my car when someone broke into my car. He was in contact with the insurance company and made that go smoothly. He is my service advisor for the many vehicles that I have owned and plays a large part in my satisfaction with the dealership.
