The service took a long time but Jason was great -very accommodating abiut my loaner and very helpful in general.

Big problems...very poor service. I don’t feel like you’re dealing with my complaint about your sloppy work, which may have cost me a lot more if I hadn’t discovered it. Call me. Or just refund me. I’ve been a longstanding customer and spent lots of $$ there. You’re going to lose me. Do the right thing!
I had written the following message to Mark a few days after and I have never received a reply:
Mark, I took the car to Collie for the repairs today. They agree about the belt tensioner. They also noticed that about a quart of oil seems to have been spilled all over my engine during your service. They want $70 to clean it up. I'd like you to refund me $70 off my recent service since they have the car and are doing the belt repair. You can confirm the spilled oil issue with Roger at Collie if you like...he said he knows you.

My experience was fraught with delays in both my adjuster’s assessment and then the repairs. I received my car a week later than originally expected. When I reached out for updates I was responded to promptly. At pick up, after paperwork was completed, I waited over 20 mins for my car to be brought around. When it was, it was dirty - covered in construction dust and not charged. My car is an electric model and was returned with only 19 miles available for driving. My car was with you for over 3 weeks. I am deeply disappointed by my experience.

I was getting a car clean from previous mistakes as a complementary. All was week except that I never got a call back about when my car was going to be finished. finally I called on Friday because we needed the car for a roadtrip. They said come in it’s readu. I came in to get the car and had to wait 1 1/2 hours becaus people were having lunch - then they could not find the keys.
The car clean was excellent , but really should not be so hard to get my car back.

Noah was late by 40 minutes for my appointment. I had to pick up kids from school afterwards, so it created lots of stress. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful though. So was the technician.
He fulfilled all my auto needs in a timely and curteous manner! No complaints!
