I told my service agent that I was leaving town moving out of state and get in my car back there was no communication given to me or any updates about when I would receive my car back. Then I was told the car was ready I came to pick it up the day before I was leaving and it was not ready
I received a letter from MBZ for a software update campaign on Monday 9/17. I had to take the car in again today to Penske MBZ. I wish that the software update had been done last Saturday (9/15) at the time of oil change. Should Jason have known about this upcoming software update? It would have saved me time if they had been done at the same time.

#4 Pick up - waited a long time was told they were washing car. Very dirty car finally pulled up no way they washed it.Unbelievably was the dirty new front windshield with marks I had to scrub off. Mirrors were all out of position. Dashboard information left on tire pressure which I have yet to figure out how to .
get off. You talk all this great service talk but I have yet to experience it. I was told when I bought the car someone would come to the house and show me how to work all the electronics .....never done! And on and on.
