Check in was slow and chaotic today which is not typical for your service department.
My appointment was scheduled for 10/30 and after waiting 20 minutes for my service adviser, Eliseo, I had to go to the front desk to request service. I wasn't out of there for 45 minutes. I was asked if I could leave my car overnight which I said was fine. Left voicemail for Eliseo on on 10/31 at 11am to find out when my car would be ready, at 2pm still hadn't heard back so I called the front desk and was told she would email Eliseo. At 3:10 Eliseo called me and said the car would be ready later that afternoon, around 4:30. I couldn't pick it up that late so told him I would be there at 10am to pick it up. Next day at 10am, went to front desk and after waiting for someone to help me, I was told my paperwork wasn't there, at which point Eliseo got up from his desk and handed them my paperwork. For all the employees in the office, the service was terrible. I was handed the keys and had to find my car out in the parking spot, they didn't even pull it out for me. I would understand maybe if they had a lot of customers, but it was only me and one other lady, there were about 6 employees outside and not a single one acknowledged that I was looking for my car. It was extremely disappointing and I regret purchasing a service package.
Noah called me at 4:50 to tell me my car was ready. She rushed a lift to come pick me up. I was at the dealership by 510 or 15. The car wasn’t ready until almost 6 o’clock. I don’t appreciate having my time wasted. Her answer when I asked her why she called me so early was: I asked him to wash the car before I called you. I didn’t know they hadn’t done it. They lost the car. It took them a long time to find it. Evening cashier knows of this problem and so does some other a gentleman who handed me hot/cold bottle to try and make up for the waste of my time. No I’m not satisfied.
Mark is a great communicator and always has a stellar attitude. Always makes me feel welcomed and informed.
Tony is always outstanding.
Tony was very helpful and pleasant. I was really glad to talk with him and he was the one who found out the issue with my car after I had brought it in fir the 4th time.
