Tony was a wonderful representative. My issue was not with him. The car repair of the door handle was not of the quality that I expect from Mercedes. I had to return the car after 2 days because the supposedly repaired door handle fell apart. From what I gathered, it was a faulty part, not a faulty technician. But the bottom line for me, the customer, is that I had to give up my car for many days while the problem part was ordered and re-ordered. Thankfully, tony arranged a rental car for me— so that was very professional of him. But Mercedes should be better than this.
Tony was a great service representative. He was kind and attentive. I would definitely ask for him again.
