I had a flat tire and called to make an appointment last Friday, 11/9. After dropping off the car, I had to wait about 30 min to be checked in, which I found unusual at a dealership. Then, I was informed that they didn’t have a tire for my car!! Another surprise for me. How the only Mercedes Benz dealership in Marin cannot have tires available? I had to wait until Monday, 11/13 at 4:30pm to have a tire changed. I had never experienced that in my life. Replacing a flat tire is one of the most simple services, but I had to wait for 3 days to get mine done.
Mark was extremely attentive an accomodating, I would highly reccomend him.
Mark told me I neede new tires for a car less than 2 years and 22,000 miles as well as a charge for 180 for alignment. I called back and left questions for him and he never called me back. It’s absolutely ridiculous that an E300 would need new tires. And I never got a call back. This is my first Mercedes and now makes me think twice about ever leasing or buying one.
