Steve Drew committed to having my car detailed on this service as it was late being ready on my last visit (causing me to not be able to pick up my kids from school). When I came by to pick up the car this am it took about 15 minutes to bring around and was covered w/leaves & tree droppings, while someone had gone over the inside the quality was less than that of a $20 car wash, if this is Mercedes detailing service it’s sadly lacking, if not then Steve misspoke about the care that would be taken with my car

Unprofessional. I feel he was overcharging me. Not explaining why what I came in for was not resolved. Did not have the curtesy to review what was done to my vehicle. Time for him to retire if this is the service he is going to give. And if this is not typical of him, then either he is a racist or has complete disdain for me. Either way, I won’t be back. I had a 1:50 appointment, waited until 2:40 before conferring with my rep. Not sure what happened. I have never had to wait that long with a scheduled appointment. The service itself was fine.
