Contacts with me were minimal. My car was in your hands for a week. Steve called me once for me to authorize tire alignment and one replacement. My second contact informedthat repairs were finished and I could reclaim my car. Given the week of your custody, I should have been more informed than a single call. This experience does not create a strong tie with your service personnel.
