I paid for and picked up my car. As I got on 101 south, a light went on saying my left front signal was not working. I had had repairs done and a “B” service. Perhaps checking the lights was not included in the service. Still...it was raining hard, and I was disappointed.

This is not just about Steven - the level of customer service has severely decreased since we purchased our vehicle in February of 2012. I don’t know if it is because we are out of warranty now but we should be treated better than this. Mercedes Benz should be providing the ultimate customer experience. I am a kind person and always give the service team the benefit of the doubt but this experience put me over the edge. My original appointment time was mixed up, I was given no window of when my service would be completed. (I called almost 3wks prior so that the part I need to have repaired would be ordered as I asked on the phone but it was not and Steven looked at me like I was crazy when I said I had asked when I called.) I wouldn’t have needed a loaner vehicle if the part had been there when I brought my vehicle in for service.
I miss Dominic Mancini and his level of commitment, care and contact. All interactions with him were clear and informative. I was never left waiting to hear back and he always called to let me know what to expect.
You are Mercedes Benz - of Marin! I hope that the customer service will come back to a level of treating the customer that their time and money are valuable - just as we know your commitment and level of service valuable are as well.
