Eliseo is one of the main reasons I continue to purchase MBZ's through your company. I am currently on my 5th MBZ and Eliseo has been my service rep for all of my cars. The cars are great, but so is Eliseo! Having a service rep that I trust completely and know will take good care of me is just as important as having a nice car, if not more so.
The entire process seemed oriented towards maximizing the cost to me (the client) and minimizing your performance. Attempts at UP chargers, poor communication and general overall poor service are my conclusions. Bait and switch outrageous labor charges etc
